JEE : What is IE IRODOV ? Important for JEE

I think most of you reading this blog are preparing for JEE mains or advance.







So here are few questions that students generally have:

What is IE IRODOV?
The book is intended for college undergraduates majoring in Physics. It contains about 2000 problem covering the major areas of Physical science: mechanics, thermodynamics, molecular physics, electrodynamics, oscillations and waves, optics, atomic and nuclear physics. Each section is preceded by a short summary of appropriate formulas whose total number exceeds 300. The answers to all of the problems are given at the end of volume. Most difficult problems are provided with explanations. Moreover, the author presents some general hints helping the undergraduate to tackle physical problems. Problems in General Physics is an excellent book which may serve as a valuable supplement to any college course on the subject.

Why its IMPORTANT for JEE?
Well
lets first talk about JEE. It has two types of exams , "MAINS AND ADVANCE". Both exams have different pattern and requires different types skills in it.
You can clear mains very easily without doing much effort but for advance you have to do a lot.
JEE advance paper is one of the hardest engineering exam in the world.
It will check all your concepts along with speed and accuracy. So firstly you have to clear all concepts of physics. Now IE IRODOV will help you.  This is a very advance book and covers almost all the topics of physics. It  contains different types of conceptual problems that will open your mind and allow you to think , develop concepts and build speed.

My Personal Experience...... 
When I was preparing for jee it takes me around 10 min to solve a problem if i am in the right direction. I started solving this book is when was in 11th class . But take care of the fact that this is a very advance book so it contains some  questions which are out of jee syllabus . So, I tried to find a teacher who can guide me to solve this book . Another thing which I want to add here that when I went to give  jee mains and advance I saw 5  questions were  simply copied from this book. 
It helped me a lot.

Short BOOK REVIEW.

  • This BOOK contains advance Level problems.
  • Summery given in starting of chapter helps to revise speedily.
  • Hints given at the back helps us to think in right direction.
  •  Open your mind and Clear all concepts.
  • Solving problems increase accuracy.   

My SUGGESTIONS to all Readers....
Firstly, this is not a book to be used by Beginners. If you have just started understanding, it is highly recommended that you stay far away from this book. Also, the book mainly contains problems and does not have any theoretical pages.
Secondly,  It is advisable to be thorough with a chapter in physics before attempting the problems of this book.
